At ReviveMe, our mission is to assist individuals in achieving their best health by uncovering the root cause of their illness.  We understand that in order to restore balance, improve energy and foster long term well-being; we assist in offering targeted weight loss solutions, hormone optimization and thyroid wellness.

Amanda Tejera, FNP-C, is a board certified family nurse practitioner in the states of Texas, South Dakota and Minnesota. Originally from the Killeen/Fort Cavazos area, she moved to North Texas twenty years ago to pursue her career in the medical field. 

For the past twelve years as a registered nurse, she gained experience working in the hospital setting in the areas of: EENT trauma, diabetes, kidney/liver transplant, oncology, orthopedics, bariatrics and cardiology.  Deep down she always had a passion to not only care for people, but wanted to take the next step in being able to diagnose and treat people's symptoms. With a leap of faith and God's grace, she reached her goal and has been practicing as a NP for the past five years.

Amanda has experience treating all ages and a variety of illnesses.  Some of which are COVID, flu, joint pain, fractures, STIs, ear/eye infections, and abdominal concerns.  She also has managed chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, hypertension, obesity, mental health and hormone replacement therapy. 

In order to effectively diagnose and treat an illness, Amanda realizes the importance of communication.  She believes that it is important to actively listen and work with each patient to come up with a plan.  That way at the end of each visit, the patient feels confident and knows that they received the individualized attention they deserve. 

When she is not helping others, she is spending time with her four children and three animals. She loves to try all kinds of new foods, play soccer and explore new cities.
