At this time ReviveMe does not accept insurance. However, we offer a cash pay service that is affordable and can meet your needs.  In addition, we can provide you with an invoice so that you are able to send it to your insurance company to determine if reimbursement is an option. 

Our provider is licensed in the states of Texas, South Dakota and Minnesota.  Patients that reside in these states are able to connect via telemedicine.
